The Civil Service Employees’ Association

The Civil Service Employees’ Association was Founded in 1934 with the important mission to provide legal representation to it's members that work in governmental agencies within Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
 
The CSEA provides attorney representation regarding work related issues affecting workers' job security; i.e. hearings, grievances, disciplanary actions, suspensions, layoffs and terminations.

CSEA and GCCCU memberships consist of approximately 5,000 governmental civil service workers. Our membership body includes all civil service workers actively serving in governmental agencies and organizations located within Cuyahoga County.
