If you have questions regarding an employment grievance, or would like to file a grievance for a current or past employer, please begin by filling out the form below and one of our representatives will contact you.

The Civil Service Employees’ Association


CSEA and GCCCU memberships consist of approximately 5,000 governmental civil service workers. Our membership body includes all civil service workers actively serving in governmental agencies and organizations located within Cuyahoga County.
